本政策适用于 BlueCrit 网站(bluecrit.com,含中文版 bluecrit.com/zh)、BlueCrit 手机应用(iOS 与 Android)以及 BlueCrit 统一账号(auth.bluecrit.com),以下统称「服务」。我们的服务面向 BlueCrit 的合作门店、批发和零售客户,用于浏览产品、询价和下单。

This policy covers the BlueCrit website (bluecrit.com, including the Chinese version at bluecrit.com/zh), the BlueCrit mobile apps (iOS and Android) and the BlueCrit account service (auth.bluecrit.com), together the "Service". The Service is for BlueCrit's partner stores, wholesale and retail customers to browse products, request quotes and place orders.

我们收集什么 · What we collect

• 账户信息:登录邮箱、公司 / 门店名称、联系人、电话、收货地址,在你注册、我们为你开通账户或你使用服务时提供。Account details: sign-in email, company or store name, contact name, phone and shipping addresses.
• 登录密码:只由 BlueCrit 统一账号加密保存(不可还原的哈希),网站和 App 不保存明文密码。Your password is stored only as a one-way hash by the BlueCrit account service; the website and apps never store it in plain text.
• 订单与账务:订单、发票、付款记录、Credit 余额、退货记录、仓库堆存记录。刷卡由 Stripe 处理,我们不保存完整卡号。Orders, invoices, payment records, store credit, returns and consignment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
• 询价、留言与申请:你在询价、联系我们、批发申请表单里填写的姓名、公司、邮箱、电话、微信、城市、需求说明和上传的文件(如 Logo、设计稿),以及你是从哪个页面或链接来到网站的(来源网址、广告参数)。What you enter in quote, contact and wholesale application forms (name, company, email, phone, WeChat, city, requirements and uploaded files such as logos or artwork), and which page or link brought you to the site (referrer and campaign parameters).
• 照片与签名:你申请退货时上传的照片;送货或自提签收时的签名和交货照片,用于确认交货。Photos you upload with a return request, and the signature and delivery photo taken at pick-up or delivery as proof of handover.
• 推送标识:App 在你允许通知后收集推送令牌,只用于订单、账务和到货提醒。A push token, only if you allow notifications, used for order, billing and restock alerts.
• 反馈:你通过「问题反馈」提交的内容。Feedback you submit.
• 访问与安全记录:IP 地址、浏览器或设备类型、访问时间,用于防刷、保护账户和排查问题。IP address, browser or device type and time of access, used to prevent abuse, protect accounts and fix problems.
• 网站访问统计:网站使用 Google Analytics 4 统计访问量和页面使用情况,会设置分析 Cookie。App 内没有广告,也没有任何第三方分析或广告工具。The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and page usage, which sets analytics cookies. The apps contain no ads and no third-party analytics or advertising tools.

我们不收集你的精确位置和通讯录,也不做跨网站的广告跟踪。We do not collect your precise location or contacts, and we do not track you across other websites for advertising.

Cookie 与本地存储 · Cookies & local storage

网站用 Cookie 和浏览器本地存储保存登录状态、购物车、语言选择和访问统计(Google Analytics)。你可以在浏览器设置里清除或屏蔽 Cookie,也可以安装 Google 提供的 Analytics 停用插件;屏蔽登录相关的 Cookie 后将无法登录和下单。The website uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, your cart, your language choice and analytics (Google Analytics). You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on; blocking sign-in cookies means you cannot sign in or order.

我们如何使用 · How we use it

处理和配送订单、开发票和对账、发送订单 / 账务 / 到货通知、回复询价和反馈、审核批发申请、保护账户安全,以及用汇总后的统计数据改进网站。我们不出售、不出租任何客户数据,也不把它用于服务以外的营销。To process and deliver orders, invoice and reconcile, send order, billing and restock notices, answer quotes and feedback, review wholesale applications, keep accounts secure, and improve the website using aggregated statistics. We never sell or rent customer data or use it for marketing outside the Service.

数据存放与服务商 · Storage & service providers

• 数据存储在位于加拿大(多伦多)的服务器上。Data is stored on servers located in Toronto, Canada.
• 以下服务商只在提供相应服务所需的范围内处理数据:Stripe(刷卡)、Resend(邮件)、Google Analytics(网站统计)、Apple APNs 与 Expo(App 推送)、DigitalOcean(服务器托管)、Google Fonts(网页字体)、Cloudflare Turnstile(表单防机器人验证)。其中部分服务商位于加拿大境外(如美国),数据在当地可能受当地法律约束。These providers process data only as needed to provide their service: Stripe (card payments), Resend (email), Google Analytics (website statistics), Apple APNs and Expo (app notifications), DigitalOcean (server hosting), Google Fonts (web fonts) and Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam checks on forms). Some are located outside Canada (for example in the United States), where data may be subject to local law.

保留与删除 · Retention & deletion

订单、发票和付款记录按税务与会计要求保留(一般 6 年)。询价和留言在处理完后保留一段时间,方便后续跟进。你可以随时联系我们查看或更正你的信息,或要求停用、删除账户(法律要求保留的记录除外);在 App 里退出登录即停止接收推送。Order, invoice and payment records are kept as tax and accounting rules require (generally six years). Quote and contact requests are kept for a while after we reply so we can follow up. Contact us anytime to see or correct your information, or to deactivate or delete your account (except records we must keep by law); signing out of the app stops notifications.

你的权利 · Your rights

你有权了解我们保存了你的哪些个人信息、要求更正,或撤回同意(撤回后可能无法继续使用下单等功能)。如对我们的处理有疑问,可以先联系我们,也可以向不列颠哥伦比亚省信息与隐私专员办公室(OIPC BC,oipc.bc.ca)或加拿大隐私专员办公室(Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada,priv.gc.ca)投诉。You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent (which may stop you from ordering). If you have concerns, contact us first; you can also complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia (oipc.bc.ca) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

政策有变化时我们会更新本页的生效日期;重要变化会在网站或 App 里提示。When this policy changes we update the effective date above; important changes are announced on the website or in the app.
