Common questions

Can several designs be combined to reach the minimum?

No. Minimums are per design template, so each design has to reach its own minimum.

What are the minimum order quantities?

Cups (PP injection cups, 1L cups, hot paper cups) and insulated bags start at 10,000 pcs; straws at 20,000 pcs. Sealing film, stickers, sleeves and napkins currently have no minimum. Custom ingredients: minimums and lead times are agreed per item.

How long does it take?

About 2 months from sample approval to arrival at our Richmond warehouse, including production and sea freight. For a new shop, order about 14 weeks before opening.

Is there a charge for sampling?

We take a $100 deposit before sampling. Once you go ahead with production, the $100 is credited in full against your order.

Can you hold the stock for us after it arrives?

Yes. Storage is free for 3 months after arrival. During that time you can pick up or have us deliver; delivery charges and any free-delivery threshold follow the site's shipping policy. Storage beyond 3 months is quoted separately.
